    I went for a more blurry impressionistic style with the panning shots..... actually, they're a pretty good representation of how I see the cars without my glasses

    Some cracking pics guys....

    Just a quick question if anyone can help - was the infield open this year? I'm heading to Donington in a few weeks for the International Series and was going to take the camera, but last time i went to Donington, the fences on the outside were waaaay too intrusive!! However the inside fences didnt seem too bad but the area was shut off do the the construction work.

    Any help greatly appreciated

    I was at Donington on Sunday for the Dunlop Production Touring Cars and yes, the infield was open to a degree - the fencing runs across pretty much from the Old Hairpin (where the Spitfire used to be) up and across to just before the tunnel under the Foggarty Esses. There is also a grandstand still on the start-finish straight on the in-field.
